This is a duplicate of THRIFT-158.
Note that we do not include author names in the headers of files at Apache.
People's contributions are recognized within the version control logs, or
possibly some kind of CONTRIBUTORS or COMMITTERS type of file. This project is
owned and developed by a community, not by individuals.
