Java reflection.limited package?

So, does anyone know what all this "reflection limited" stuff is  
about? In particular, there's a whole  
org.apache.thrift.reflection.limited package that apparently contains  
generated code. Is this meant to be part of the standard codebase?

For that matter, can someone give me a good description of what the  
"reflection limited" stuff is supposed to do? What's the feature?
