Hi - I want to open source actionscript support (compiler, serialization/deserialization libraries, and asynchronous rpc layer) that I've written for thrift. Is the process simply to create a JIRA issue and then to post a patch? I assume that I should also prepend the Apache Software Foundation header to all my files. I notice that most files no longer have authorship information on them; are authorship comments discouraged? Anything else I need to know?
