Just for the record, looks like I pressed the wrong button when submitting the 
patch, and marked if 'not intended for inclusion'. I meant to grant license to 
the ASF. More explicitly:

I fully "Grant license to ASF for inclusion in ASF works (as per the Apache 
License ยง5)" for the file "v2-thrift-haskell-autotools.patch".
