Resolution: Fixed
Committed to trunk. In the future, can you include patches starting with root
of checkout? There are lots of README's and I usually do a patch -p0 in the
root in most cases. Luckily I noticed and knew where this README was so
patched the correct file. Anyway, thanks for the patch Christian.
