Today, i've download the thunar source (Thunar-0.2.3svn-r20637) and tried to compile it.

Make sure there is not a broken alias in your environment configure: error: newly created file is older than distributed files! Check your system clock ============= My clock is set GMT -3. What is that error about ls -t?
