Well, tab completion is already there. To me "like a terminal" sounds
like he wants to run commands from the entry box, and that's what verve
does.

I´m still in debt with those screenshots from thunar and xfdesktop with wrong encoding... Do you know where I could put then? I don't have any servers where to put them...
