hi, i just started to deal with encrypted filesystems and am using an encrypted (using cryptsetup) external harddrive. i read in the tutorial i followed that gnome recognizes encrypted external storage and gives visual feedback (i.e. a passphrase-dialog) when you plug in the storage. however, this doesn't happen in xfce and i assumed this is due to thunar's volume management. is this assumption correct and if yes: is there a way to use gnome's functionality in xfce? finally: is this feature planned for xfce?
ok, i hope that was both concise and clear, thanks in advance simon _______________________________________________ Thunar-dev mailing list [email protected] http://foo-projects.org/mailman/listinfo/thunar-dev
