Ok, here's some info that I hope will help you to troubleshoot this
issue for me. The short of it is, I did get the Yahoo account going
that I wanted. I used a new and empty profile, and on the 3rd shot, I
got to work. Now, how can I add this account to my default Thunderbird
profile with the other working Yahoo account that is set using the
Production Website option when the second Yahoo account only works
when set at New Classic Website?

Yahoo account setup in new profile.
Production Website:
Notification-
Connection to server localhost timed out

Error Console-
YahooPOP.js: getMessage : Exception : TypeError.
Error message: this.m_szMsgID.match(PatternYahooBoxAlt) has no
properties
962
--------------------------------------------------

Beta Website:
Notification-
Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server localhost responded:
Negative vibes from [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Error Console-
YahooPOPBETA.js: loginHandler : Exception : Error.
Error message: error logging in
298
--------------------------------------------------
New Classic Website:
Success!

I guess that in order to get both Yahoo accounts running in the same
Thunderbird profile,, there needs to be a way to perhaps run a second
instance of Webmail - Yahoo so that I can choose different modes for
each Yahoo account that I'm trying to setup?
That really doesn't sound too practical or user friendly and I'm sure
that you'll be able to provide options within your existing Webmail -
Yahoo extension and since most people use multiple email accounts and
addresses there almost NEEDS to be a way for Webmail to accommodate
that.

I wait anxiously to see how you tackle this.
Thanks for your time.
Ken
