Just did a quick test with the new beta. The mails firefox didn't download so far are now coming in! But sending e-mail doesn't work for me. I changed my password recently (on the server) and when firefox shows the popup for me to put my password, it will keep doing so repeatedly after writing the password. The first time it pops up, no error messages appear, but after that, every time it pops up, a message appears in the error console:
Hotmail-SR-BETA-SMTP: loginHandler : Exception : TypeError. Error message: szResponse.match(patternHotmailCompose) has no properties 276 Interesting is that when I type an incorrect password, another other errors show in stead of the previous one. Hotmail-SR-BETA-SMTP: loginHandler : Exception : Error. Error message: error logging in 266 The 2 accounts that are on older servers that have not been updated seem to be unable to identify new mails.
