Hello, I've got a big problem with the hotmail add-on for ThunderBird. After the change of Hotmail interface, I have downloaded the new version hotmail-1-2-19b33.xpi.
First I've tried to simply install it over the last one (hotmail-1-2-18.xpi for me because it used to work fine till yesterday), but there begins the problem : at ThunderBird restart (and at each following restart) the add-on is deactivated and says that it will be activated after restarting ThunderBird. I've restarted quite a few times to test it, but for nothing. So I've uninstalled the add-on, but I've got a surprise : hotmail-1-2-18.xpi is still there and active... but still not working, giving me the "Negative vibes" message. Then I've tried to uninstall that version of the add-on too and the the problem goes on : it could not be unsinstalled any more! I keep on trying to uninstall it, but with the same result : the add- on is still there and active... And I've checked in the error console : there's nothing in it about this problem. For information, I use a Portable ThunderBird, version 2.0.0.17 (20080914) with web-mail-1-3-3b3.xpi. If someone has already got this problem or knows about it, thanks a lot for your help. And I want to precise : my problem is not the one dealing with "Negative vibes", it's about the installation of hotmail add-on.
