I'm having a similar problem. Three of my components report they are
"Unsupported Domains," and the error consile reports:

          nsDomainManager.js: getDoamin : Exception :
NS_ERROR_FAILURE.
Error message: Component returned failure code: 0x80004005
(NS_ERROR_FAILURE)
          [mozIStorageConnection.createStatement]
          590
DB Reset no such table: domain_handler

When I go to the Add-Ons window, Each component says there are no
accounts found, even if the domain is listed!
