Thanks for the reply. That got me on the right track. While the domain
I was using (usa.com) was there it still told me the domain
ohio.usa.com was unsupported. Apparently the word 'domain' is a
misnomer in the mail.com context. The full MX name is what is
required. I added ohio.usa.com and it worked.
