I just tried installing webmail and the hotmail extension into Thunderbird, then tried to set up the account according the instructions here and elsewhere, but TB does nothing in terms of downloading any of the mail I have on Hotmail. My goal is to migrate from old computer running outlook express to new computer where I use TB to access gmail and hotmail accounts. New computer is Vista Ultimate, installed Firefox 3.
