version b48 of the hotmail fixed all of my problems. The older versions were not letting me receive any mail even after logging into webmail and marking the box to skip the "new version of hotmail" page that had been causing problems. I suspect this is still a needed step to make the new versions work; I'm not sure though. Also, I am using it in conjunction with web-mail-1-3-3b3. I did test sending with my two hotmail accounts, but that goes through a different smtp server, so it's not really testing the extension.
