I wonder if this will help the negative vibe problem. This is from hotmail support on the NEW version. So I wonder if the service provider information might help these guys. I already posted this but I can not seem to find it, it went POOF! ..? not sure.
How to set-up a Windows Live Hotmail account in Outlook Express 1. In Outlook Express, click on the "Tools" menu and select "Accounts." The Internet Accounts window should appear. 2. Click on the "Mail" tab. 3. Click on the "Add" button and select "Mail." 4. Type the "Display Name" or the name you wish your recipients to see. 5. Click on "Next." 6. Type your Hotmail email address (insert account name). 7. In the "My incoming mail server is a" dropdown list, select "HTTP." 8. In the "HTTP mail service provider is" dropdown list, select "Hotmail." If "Hotmail" is not available in the list, choose "Other" and then type "http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/ httpmail.asp" (without quotation marks). 9. Click "Next." 10. Under "Account name:" type your complete Hotmail email address (insert account name). 11. Under "Password:" type your Hotmail password. 12. Click "Next" and then "Finish." 13. Click "Close" from the Internet Accounts window. 14.
