For anyone seeking the assistance of the Webmail Author ... I (and the folks I support) have been using these extensions for several years. There have been quite a few times when I have needed the assistance of the Webmail Author and - since we are getting these services as the Brits say "free, gratis and for nowt" then we have to be willing to help out. If that means taking the effort to edit a log and remove any personally identifiable or confidential information before sending the logs then surely that is a small price to pay for these extensions. I have trusted Webmail Author with my own logs many times and I have even loaned an account to assist in getting a solution. Each time that effort has been richly rewarded by the very responsive and effective efforts of the Webmail Author.
