MaxyDawg,
please make sure that in the Thunderbird SMTP entry for your Yahoo
account you have:
Server: localhost (or 127.0.0.1)
User name: [email protected] (in full)
Security setting: None
Above and beyond that the format of the message matters.
These extensions cannot do anything that you could not do if you
logged onto Yahoo Mail on the Web.
One of the important restrictions of Yahoo Mail on the Web interface
is that cannot have any embedded images in the message you are sending
- Yahoo simply does not allow you to do that. Images have to be
attachments.
Thunderbird will allow you to create a message with embedded images -
it has no idea what service you will use to deliver it but the Yahoo
extension cannot force such a message through the Yahoo Web interface
and that may be the cause of the problem you encountered.
Please try a text only message as a test and see if that gets
delivered.
