I have a similar problem, and it doesn't fall into the same category
as the link below. I have a Hotmail account, it was setup about a year
ago, that doesn't get very many messages. It only has about 6 in the
inbox right now. Most of the time everything is okay, but sometimes it
downloads all the email again. Right now it has done it three times in
the last week or so.
