Yes check the options in the yahoo extension, there you can set other folders to download besdies inbox. I haven't tried downloading that many emails from yahoo but it worked on hotmail without a issue. If there is a problem, break it down to several folders say with 100 per folder, and try it that way. Also since you want to get the whole thing you might want to try under advanced and turn off short session. But it will repeat any mail you have already downloaded.
