I recently migrated my Thunderbird account to a Mac. Previously, on my Windows machine, I had Webmail, Webmail Yahoo, and YPOPS installed so I could download my Yahoo messages.
Since migrating to the Mac, however, I can't access my email account. With server set to "localhost", I get "the connection was refused". If I set the server to "pop.mail.yahoo.com", however, I get the message: "Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server pop.mail.yahoo.com responded: pop not allowed for user." The POP server has a green light. Does anyone else have this problem on their Macs? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Thunderbird Webmail Extension" group.
