I am having a recent and troubling problem: if Thunderbird is open and a new mail arrives to my webmail, Thunderbird downloads it and shows it locally, but it vanishes from the webmail server as displayed on it's webpage. I find not settings relevant to message retention on the server. I run T-bird 2.0.0.19 from a USB U3 flash-drive with the Webmail 1.3.3.b3 add-on.
