I don't know whether this will help but you could try it. In TB alter your account name slightly and your email address. Close TB and then open it again. You will get a message and it should not be "negative vibes". Correct the changes you had made and close TB. When you open TB again, you will be asked for your password. Type it in, check the password manager box and click OK? and hold your breath. Hopefully the messages will come flooding in.
