For those who have a hotmail.co.uk account, POP3 seems to work if the
pop3.live.com server is used but obviously use "your user
[email protected]" and the other settings are port 995 and SSL.
I also use the paid-for version of Mailwasher to preview mails
(www.firetrust.com) and that can now be used successfully on both my
Hotmail UK and Live accounts.
My thanks to the Thunderbird webmail developer for previous stirling
work.
