Try and use pop3/smtp instead:

account configuration in TB:

- POP Server: pop3.live.com
- POP Port: 995.
- POP SSL: Yes.
- User: Your Windows Live ID ([email protected]).
- Password: Your current password.
- SMTP Server: smtp.live.com
- SMTP Port: 25.
- ¿Authentication needed?: Yes, using the same data from user and
password.
- TLS/SSL: Yes.

I changed it yesterday because of the subject issue and it works just
fine.
