Using latest updates and Hotmail downloads emails fine (or reports no
new).
But Hotmail is not logging off (or not closing TBird folder) and
continues to “check” until it gets time out errors.
When try to check again (without closing TBird) TBird reports that
folder is being processed and to please wait.
This seems to continue indefinitely and thus results in locking that
folder until TBird is restarted. Same with WebDev & Hotmail Live.
