I've posted before but gotten no responses, except that (some) other folks are having the same problem using OWA. Trying one more time - attachments show up in the Sent folder but never arrive at the recipient. I'm sending from 2 different OWA accounts through 2 different Exchange servers and the same thing happens on both. They using port 25 for SMTP with no authentication. However, my IMAP and other POP3 accounts work fine.
