I have just started getting

"Could not connect to localhost; the connection was refused"

pop for all webmail accounts. I see in another post someone is having
the same problem which was fixed by a system restore.

I am also using Vista Ultimate. Could this possibly be due to a
Windows Update?

Any ideas??
