Which service are you using? Hotmail, AOL, GMail, Yahoo, etc... (looks
from your header that it may be gmail, but possibly not. (I have
experience with Hotmail, Yahoo and AOL so will probably be silent from
now on)
Without this and preferably the operating system you will not be able
to receive much assistance.
BTW, What is an OWA?
