When Thunderbird tries to connect my @live.com account, it detects correctly the number of new messages but only downloads one message at a time and randomly. It gives me the following error: "Connection to localhost expired." I have all ports working on green above 1025. This is a problem I've been detecting with some Ubuntu based distros (Ubuntu, Linux Mint, #!Crunchbang), I don't know if this affects others too. It works perfectly on Windows XP. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot.
