We checked this too. But there are no big messages which arrived since the last one that was downloaded. What is left is below 100 KB. Anyway, I also tried it with a timeout of 600 seconds but again failed. Then I had a look at the source code but did not understand it. Turning on the logging (within the Webmail extension) produced a lot of files :) After browsing through file LiberoLog_19-5-2009.txt which is over 1 MB in size I now guess that the plugin is perhaps still working fine. Maybe the problem is simply the large number of messages my friend is having in her mailbox on Libero. I assume the actual number is about 3000. Libero's numbering is beyond 4000. But still, this is only a wild guess. If we are the only ones with problems, please, don't worry. It's no big issue.
