Hi, I am getting 'negative vibes' and I think it has to do with how my web interface asks me to sign on. The logon page asks for this information:
Domain\Username: Password: Where you type 'xx\username' in the 'Domain\Username field. That is, it includes the backslash. How do I include this username or subdomain? information in my settings? I've tried setting "username" under the TB account settings to "xx\[email protected]" Also, the 'domain' that proceeds the backslash is not the same as the domain after the '@' symbol in the email address, nor is it included in the web access url. thanks!
