Your outgoing server should also be "Localhost". When setting the account up you should have had the option of setting it as a "Web mail" account. Choosing this option would automatically have set this. If you didn't have the Web mail option, then the extensions aren't properly installed, you need both, the Web Mail extension, (installed first) and the Yahoo extension.
