This is bug report that I sent in for Thunderbird, and as you can read
below, it seems to be an issue with the Webmail extension. I hope this
helps.

Description From Brad 2009-07-24 09:57:04 PDT (-) [reply]

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:
1.9.1.1)
Gecko/20090715 Firefox/3.5.1
Build Identifier: Thunderbird 3.0b3

After upgrading from 3.0b1 to 3.0b3 I noticed my two Hotmail accounts
are
displaying messages incorrectly. Emails from both accounts are
appearing in
both Inboxes. The From: field is displaying the email address that the
email
was sent to, but the emails are showing up in two places. I am using
Webmail
Hotmail 1.2.22 add-on.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Thunderbird
2. Auto Send/Receive or manually click Send/Receive

Actual Results:
The same emails that come in for Account A also appear in Account B.

Expected Results:
Emails should appear only in their respective account Inboxes.

Theme went back to Default when I upgraded to 3.0b3

This feels like an issue with the web mail extension. We've not had
any similar
reports on non-webmail accounts. Please report it to the webmail
extension
authors in the first, if they find an issue with Thunderbird then they
are
welcome to file a bug here with more details as to what is wrong.
