As only the "beta" or new version of the web site works with the extension, it would have been impossible for the extension to download mails as long as your account had a problem with the new site. Good to see that it's all working now, you may occasionally get a "sending of password failed" message. This is also due to Yahoo, 9 times out of 10 re-trying will work.
