No. If you set your computer so that you don't have to enter passwords, 
then anyone who has access, legitimate or otherwise to the computer also 
has access to your email. Setting a log on password for Windows would 
help, but would only delay, not stop, a thief from accessing everything 
stored on the computer. Remember also that even if the thief doesn't 
have your email passwords, he will still be able to read all the mails 
already downloaded.
