Have you check to if it is just scrolled off the screen in the left panel? I know it a dumb question but it would not hurt to check. Depending on your settings and number accounts it is possible.
Normally the Yahoo webmail accounts are setup the same way as a hotmail webmail account. Make sure to select webmail as account type. As you setup the account work your through the screens until you reach the finish screen and make sure you click the finish button. Since you have enable pop3 access you can also setup a pop3 account by selecting email account as account type and fill the remain screens until finished. With either or both accounts don't forget to setup your smtp outgoing account. If still having problems please post your tunderbird, webmail, and yahoo webmail version numbers and maybe some has already had your problem and can help.
