If you wish to sent unwraped text to a domain that accepts html, you
can set that domain as text only receiver and that should then the
only wrap as specified the TB. In Auto mode TB detects what the domain
will accept and if it accepts html than it sends the text in html
format.

I tried it with setting of 200 characters and it wrapped at that
setting.

Compostion
This is also where number characters for text only wrapping is set.
