Do you have the webmail hotmail working at all; otherwords, can you manually poll the server using get mail for the hotmail account only? It does sound like a setup problem. To use the webmail hotmail the account needs to be setup as webmail account; otherwise, it would need to be setup as an email pop3 account. It could be as simple as something was justed being overlooked at the time you setup the accounts. Can you tell us what you done so far?
I have had problems with getting both AOL and Mail.com webmail extensions to work since they started converting to the IMAP account type so you can use the imap type until webmail author can get new versions of these out.
