Mail.com site has mostly been converted to use AOL. Please send your maildotcom logfiles to the webmail author first.
Then give this a try. Disable you maildotcom extension. Download the AOL 1.2.13b1 extension located under Files on this forum. Install it in TB. You will need to add you unforgettable.com domain under the AOL domain list. It should work if your account has converted over. You may also need to install webmail 1.3.4b2 too. I have this extension for the last two months except for a few days of outage caused by AOL site change. If all else fails you maybe able their imap or pop3 sites to download your mail.
