Have you try disabling the MailDotCom extension. In the past I had problems accessing my linuxmail.org account and it was because both extensions were active at the same time. This might solve your problem; it is worth at least a try.
Since Mail.com had switch my account over to the AOL interface, I have uninstall the maildotcom extension and haven't had any mail.com related problems.
