owa download?

Hi, I would like to try the owa extension but seem unable to find the
download anywhere. I got OWA-0-0-1 which has no tabs whatsoever under
preferences. So where can you download the 0-7-0 version please? The
google link says page doesn't exist anymore. Thanks!
