The webmail author been working on fixing the Owa.xpi but he needs access to a OWA server to complete his test of the new version. He is filling in for original author of the software. If anyone is willing to give him a temporary access to a server then he may be complete his work, please let him know.
I can increase the install version numbers if you like to try the current released version and see if it will work with TB 3.1 and your server. As far as for other changes I am not up speed on the xpi scripts and changes that were made between TB 3.05 and TB 3.1. I can send the modifed file via email. This will be just temporary fix and should work until the webmail author can get to complete his work on the new version.
