Alan, We have gotten off the initial subject of this post which is a forwarding email problem from the Hotmail addon.
The problem with ICQmail is most likely conversion problem on AOL side or something in the AOL addon. I see the AOL other email such as mail.com and linuxmail.org accounts lockup every now and then as AOL is converting them to its site and are making other changes to their web pages.
