Actually the problem is that; although the file is listed, only a web page is being downloaded. Normally I use FF. The file being download is a HMTL file and not the file that is listed. When I try to download through IE the message comes up "Page does not exist". The file will need to uploaded again to the server before we can download it. Hopefully this is done soon; mailbox being overrun with repeat emails had to stop checking my mail until the Hotmail problem is fixed.
