Webmail 1.3.8 and 1.2.28 negative vibes

I have 2 computers. One with windows vista Ultimate en the other one
with windows 7 ultimate. I've updated to the previously mentioned add
ons and it works on 7 but not on vista.

Is there anyone with the same problem or just me??
