When you try adding the <domainname>; did you get enter it as
<domainname> or did use the complete domain? It would need to be
entered as

mail.google.com/a/<domainname>    subing the the correct <domainname>.

This extension hasn't been update in a good while so this may not even
work but if your are able to use the regular TB gmail account you
probably find it may work instead.
