No mail.com domains are working for me either. Still getting the
comms error:

"Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server localhost responded:
Comms Error from ****[email protected]"

& this in the Error console:

AOLPOP.js: loginHandler : Exception : TypeError.
Error message: szResponse.match(kPatternSettings) has no properties
303

This has been a problem for some time now (many weeks), but I think
for different reasons as aol has been changing the site. Can access
mail normally thru the website https://www.mail.com/, and there are no
unusual redirects or security popups to clear.

I have also noticed that the old mail.com page seems to be back,
logging into it does not redirect to aol anymore. But it does still
require perms for aol.com & aolcdn.com in noscript.
