Hi Gil, unfortunately modifying the header is not enough. I have also asked this in another thread. Please refer to it for more information (including why it can't be solved so easily):

He will probably get to TB2.0 when he finishes stabilizing the new versions for the extensions. Meanwhile, all we can do is ask him nicely :-) . Best regards !
