No.  The error stops after I uncheck the "Accept cookies from sites" for 
web content in the TB options window.
However, there are web pages that refuse to work correctly unless 
"Accept cookies from sites"is used (check marked).
Is there a way to modify WebMail to allow the use of "Accept cookies 
from sites"?
